Adam started his career as an equity research intern at Morgan Stanley covering the oil and gas, telecom and utilities sectors for a year and a half (2017-2018). He was a fuel distribution and sugar and ethanol analyst at Navi Capital (2018-2019) before joining the management team as a trader in 2019. He is a Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineer from ITA.
For 3 years, Antonio worked in Data Science and Quantitative Research & BI areas, in addition to managing a multidisciplinary IT team, at Banco BOCOM BBM. He is an electronic and computer engineer, graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) as the best student in class, and he has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ, with publications in national and international conferences.
Felipe founded Navi in mid-2018 as the CEO and head of public equities. For the decade prior (2009 - 2017), he was the lead partner for equities investments at Kondor Hedge Fund. His career started in BBM Bank (1999 - 2008), where he worked as a private equity analyst and as a public equities portfolio manager. From 2008 to 2009, he was a PM at Banco Itaú BBA's proprietary desk. He is an engineer from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and holds an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
In 2009, Guilherme joined The BNDES as a specialist in infrastructure, credit and regulation, having worked for 7 years in the area of credit for urban infrastructure (corporate and project finance). As of 2016, he led the water and sanitation national concession program, contemplating more than R$75 billion in investments. In this capacity, he was responsible for the CEDAE project, the largest infrastructure concession in Brazil, recently tendered. He also worked on the structuring of projects in highways, urban mobility, water security, health, public security and others. Between 2003 and 2008, he worked as a consultant at Accenture, having carried out projects in the Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors. Guilherme is a production engineer graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), holds a master in Finance and Business Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
With 15 years of experience in various infrastructure sectors, Guilherme worked for 3 years in the Project Finance area of Santander Bank, where he was responsible for advising and structuring financing in sanitation, energy transmission and transport and logistics. Previously, he worked for 4 years at LCA Consultores and for 5 years at Rio Bravo and Infra Asset Management in the Private Equity Funds management in the power generation sector. He is an economist graduated from Insper and CFA® Charterholder.
Gustavo was an equity analyst in the paper and pulp, mining, steel and food sectors at Kondor Invest (2017 - 2018). After attending the risk area of Oceana Investimentos (2010) and market research at the Institute of Engineering and Management (Visagio Group, 2011 - 2013), he joined Tese Investimentos in 2013. In Tese, he was part of the risk management (2013 - 2015) and, after, participated in the management team, focused on macro-global trades (2015 - 2016). He is an Industrial Engineer graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and hold a master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ).

Gustavo led the creation of Navi’s real estate division in 2019, and has led two REIT IPOs since then. From 2012 to 2019, he was an executive of 3G Capital, first as a member of the 3G Brazil Investment Committee, and later as the Global Head of Real Estate at Restaurant Brands International, a 3G portfolio company. Prior to that (2010-2012), he was an equity research associate in Itaú Asset Management's hedge fund group. His career started at BBM Bank in the derivatives and high yield debt department. He holds an Economics degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Law degree from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a master’s in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
Jorge’s career started at Kondor Invest, where he was an equity analyst for seven years (2012 - 2018), responsible for financial, health and shopping malls. He is an economist graduated from Insper and CFA® Charterholder since 2018.
Between 2012 and 2020, Luis worked as an equity analyst covering the real estate sector at Credit Suisse. He assumed lead coverage in 2018 and was ranked top-3 analyst by Institutional Investor survey (All-Brazil Research Team) in 2019 and 2020. He is an Industrial Engineer graduated from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (Poli-USP) and a CFA® Charterholder since 2017.
Luisa was an equity analyst in the consumer and retail sector at Kondor Invest from 2017 to 2018. Her career started at Banco CR2 (2010-2012), going through the areas of treasury and credit analysis. Between 2012 and 2016, she was an equity analyst at Banco Brasil Plural, covering the electric, road concession and telecom sectors. She is an economist graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO).
For more than 3 years, Marcelo worked in the back office of Banco BOCOM BBM where he coordinated client operations, including the group manager focused on exclusive funds. Previously he worked in the areas of M&A by EBAM (company of the GP group) and in market intelligence by the Institute of Management Engineering. He is a production engineer graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and CFA® Charterholder since 2018.
For two and a half years (2016 - 2018), Matheus was an equity analyst in the utilities, oil and gas, and technology sectors at Kondor Invest. His career started at Advent International (2013) as a trainee in the Private Equity investment team. Between 2014 and 2015, he was an equity analyst at 3G Capital, covering the electric, road concession and capital goods sectors. He is an Aeronautical Engineer formed by Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA).
For two years, Raphael was a professor of International Economics at PUC-Rio. Later, he served as senior economist at Banco Brasil Plural and Garde Asset, responsible for analyzing the Brazilian economy. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO).
For five years, Waldir was a partner of the equities branch at Kondor Invest (2014 - 2018) and before that he was an analyst in several sectors from 2011 to 2013. His career started at Invest Tech, a fund manager of Venture Capital focused on technology companies. Besides that, he was an analyst for 3 years (2008 - 2010) at Banco Safra. He is an economist from Insper.
