Adam started his career as an equity research intern at Morgan Stanley covering the oil and gas, telecom and utilities sectors for a year and a half (2017-2018). He was a fuel distribution and sugar and ethanol analyst at Navi Capital (2018-2019) before joining the management team as a trader in 2019. He is a Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineer from ITA.
Antonio Lobato
Head of Data Science
For 3 years, Antonio worked in Data Science and Quantitative Research & BI areas, in addition to managing a multidisciplinary IT team, at Banco BOCOM BBM. He is an electronic and computer engineer, graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) as the best student in class, and he has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ, with publications in national and international conferences.
Felipe Campos

Felipe founded Navi in mid-2018 as the CEO and head of public equities. For the decade prior (2009 - 2017), he was the lead partner for equities investments at Kondor Hedge Fund. His career started in BBM Bank (1999 - 2008), where he worked as a private equity analyst and as a public equities portfolio manager. From 2008 to 2009, he was a PM at Banco Itaú BBA's proprietary desk. He is an engineer from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and holds an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
Guilherme Albuquerque
Head of Infrastructure Investment
In 2009, Guilherme joined The BNDES as a specialist in infrastructure, credit and regulation, having worked for 7 years in the area of credit for urban infrastructure (corporate and project finance). As of 2016, he led the water and sanitation national concession program, contemplating more than R$75 billion in investments. In this capacity, he was responsible for the CEDAE project, the largest infrastructure concession in Brazil, recently tendered. He also worked on the structuring of projects in highways, urban mobility, water security, health, public security and others. Between 2003 and 2008, he worked as a consultant at Accenture, having carried out projects in the Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors. Guilherme is a production engineer graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), holds a master in Finance and Business Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Guilherme Sassi, CFA
Member of the Infrastructure Investment committee
With 15 years of experience in various infrastructure sectors, Guilherme worked for 3 years in the Project Finance area of Santander Bank, where he was responsible for advising and structuring financing in sanitation, energy transmission and transport and logistics. Previously, he worked for 4 years at LCA Consultores and for 5 years at Rio Bravo and Infra Asset Management in the Private Equity Funds management in the power generation sector. He is an economist graduated from Insper and CFA® Charterholder.
